For clubs, classes and coaching

Stop answering what time is Wednesday

Every class, every venue, every age group, on one page you send once. Parents look it up themselves and the enquiries you get are the ones worth having.

Free for 7 days, no card. From R100 a month after that, cancel any time.

Sound familiar?

What it costs you now

  • A parent asks what time the Wednesday class is for a seven year old. Again.
  • Your timetable lives in your head and in a WhatsApp group from March.
  • A new family enquires and it gets buried under twelve routine questions.
  • Somebody arrives on the wrong Saturday because the group message changed.

What you get

This is the page, not a picture of one

Every screen below is the real thing, photographed on a phone.

The whole timetable, on one link

Every class, every venue, every age group. Sent once, and it keeps answering at ten at night when you are not looking at your phone.

Parents subscribe to it

Your times appear in their own phone calendar, and when something changes it changes for them too. No group message, nobody on the wrong day.

New enquiries kept separate

The child's details and the parent's details, captured properly from the start, so your register is right all year.

  • Price list. Your prices where people can see them, so you stop being asked.

  • Timetable. Every class, time and place in one list, and an enquiry that already knows which class.

The design we start you on: Programme

For training, coaching and skills-based services. Real qualifications sit in the hero, and each course or programme lists as its own priced row.

Change it for any of the others whenever you like.

Before you start

5 questions, and 3 of them are optional

This is the whole list. Anything you leave blank is simply left off your page.

What we ask you

  1. NeededWhat do you teach?
  2. NeededWhat ages do you take?
  3. OptionalHow many places do you teach at?
  4. OptionalDo you sell uniforms or gear?
  5. OptionalDo you run gradings, exams or tournaments?

Photographs to have ready

  • A class actually running

One photo of a real class in progress, taken from the side or the back. This is the single most convincing photo on the page.

  • You, or your instructors

A photo of whoever stands in front of the class. A parent is deciding who their child spends an hour a week with.

  • The place itself

One photo of the hall, studio, dojo or pool, empty is perfectly fine. It answers what somebody is walking into.

  • Students in action (optional)

Optional. Gradings, a competition, a show. Only photos you have permission to use.

Every class, every venue, on one page
