Only a registered person may issue an electrical CoC. If you are registered, give us your number and we will show it on your page. Leave it blank otherwise. We will not mention CoCs at all unless you have given us a registration number.

Do you take emergency or after-hours callouts?Optional

Say yes only if you mean it. Power going off at night is when people phone, and it is also when they remember whether you answered.

Do you charge a callout fee?Optional

Better on the page than at the door.
