Do you have public liability insurance?Optional

This is the single biggest thing customers worry about, because they are picturing the tree on the roof. If you are not insured, leave it blank and we will not mention insurance at all.

How much are you covered for?Optional

Only fill this in if you carry the cover. We will not show an amount you have not given us.

Do you remove the waste, or leave it?Optional

Some people want the wood, most want it gone. Say what is included so nobody argues about it afterwards.

Do you work near power lines or in confined spaces?Optional

Only if you are equipped and prepared to. These are the jobs other people turn down, so if you take them it is worth saying.

Do you offer emergency or storm damage callouts?Optional

After a big storm the phone rings for two days. Say yes only if you can actually get there.
